If you are not completely
satisfied with the product or products that you have purchased, you
may return the new / unused parts within 90 days from the invoice
date. You must include the original invoice with the return. The
product must be in the original box and must be sent freight prepaid.
All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please
follow the procedures listed here to avoid the restocking fee and to
process your refund as quickly as possible. NO refunds will be issued
without the RMA Return Materials Authorization, Order Number, and a
copy of the original invoice and an explanation of you return. The
package must be returned unmarked.
GM Performance Parts
Zone returns must meet all of the following guidelines below. All
returns must be accompanied with the following information to be
valid:
Name, address,
phone number, and email address
Order Number /
Invoice number from receipt or order confirmation.
Explanation for
return.
Terms and Conditions
GM Performance Parts
Zone will only return items that:
Are in original
and UNMARKED packaging (unless defective).
Have all original
instructions, paperwork, and hardware received.
Do not have
missing parts.
Are in
re-sellable condition.
GM Performance Parts Zone must be notified of any
parts being exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving the
merchandise.
RETURNS TO GM PERFORMANCE PARTS
ZONE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
GM Performance Parts Zone
will not accept any returns on special ordered parts, custom machined
parts, or engine rebuild kits. Any electronic or electrical parts
that have been opened are not eligible for return.
Incorrect,
Damaged or Defective Product Returns If
you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective
product, please contact customer service representative as
quickly as possible. After it has been determined that the item is
incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective, we will issue a pick-up
tag for the return of the product. We will send you the replacement
part with a pick-up tag.
Shipping Refunds/ Damaged Goods
If UPS damages your
package, please contact us immediately. The tracking number
is required and appears directly on the shipping label found on the
package. GM Performance Parts Zone will file the claim with the
carrier.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH GENERAL MOTORS’ RETURN POLICY AND AR
NON-NEGOTIABLE.
GM Performance Parts Zone will
not charge a restocking fee, or additional shipping costs for the
handling of incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product
returns.
